This female patient came to Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, looking to achieve more fullness on the top of her breasts. Dr. Ratliff performed a breast augmentation procedure, implanting 495cc Sientra Gel High Profile implants, with an inframammary incision and retropectoral placement. Prior to surgery, the patient’s bra size was 34A. Following surgery, she was a 34C. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 66 inches. Weight 140 lbs.
