In the Dallas, TX area, Dr. William P. Adams is one of the few plastic surgeons using the new “gummy bear” implants. Dr. Adams and this patient decided on Natrelle’s cohesive gel implants for the surgery in order to achieve a natural look and feel. Not wanting to go overly large, they decided a 205 cc filled breast implant would work best with her body type. Dr. Adams made the surgical incision along the breast crease. This placement of the incision, which is also known as a “new inframammory incision,” works well in hiding any scarring. The breast implant was then placed in a partial submuscular position.
