Case Details

Correction of Severe Ptosis (Drooping Breasts) with a Breast Lift (Mastopexy) and Augmentation.

The patient is a 30 year old northern Nevada woman who had a  circumareolar or “Doughnut’ breast lift.   She had severe ptosis (Grade 3 ptosis) and loss of breast volume after pregnancy.  She did not want a full mastopexy (breast lift) due to scars.  You will notice that the circumareolar lift has no scars down the front or underneath the breast.  Six months after surgery, the scars are fading, and nipple height is improved. The volume of breast and the cleavage are improved with the larger implants filling up the breast pocket.

The woman is 5’7″ and weighs 135 pounds.  She was a very saggy B cup prior to surgery and is a DD after Dr. Murphy performed her breast lift and augmentation. The breast implants are Mentor smooth, round, saline breast implants. The implant volume is 700cc and they are overfilled to 750cc.  The breast lift and augmentation was performed as an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia.

This Reno, NV breast enlargement patient went to plastic surgeons Dr. James Murphy and Dr. Gareth Strand of Northern Nevada Plastic Surgery for a breast enlargement consultation. Northern Nevada Plastic Surgery performs all types of plastic surgery but is quite well known for delivering excellent breast enlargement results. This patient’s before and after photos demonstrate how Northern Nevada Plastic Surgery strives for a natural look with all their Reno breast enlargement patients. Notice that this woman’s scars are not even visible in the after breast lift and enlargement in the photos above.
