This patient had breast reconstruction surgery using tissue expanders then silicone gel implants. As you can see from her breast reconstruction before and after photos, Dr. Lettieri of Spartanburg, SC was able to give her very natural looking, well matched breasts. The nipple reconstruction even looks quite real. Breast reconstruction is complex surgery and requires special skill and training to accomplish properly.
