Dr. John Lettieri of Spartanburg, South Carolina was contacted by a old female looking for a surgeon to console with her about breast implants. The woman stated that she was looking for options to enhance her breast size and wanted to see if surgery could help her. Dr. Lettieri brought in the woman discussed the different surgical options she could take. They both decided that a breast augmentation with a breast lift was her best choice. Dr. Lettieri used silicone breast implants. After the surgery the woman was very happy with the results and her new body.
