30 year old desired breast enlargement and elevation of nipples,(left) She first underwent augmentation with 325cc implants placed under the muscle, and at a second procedure had her nipples raised (mastopexy). These procedures are sometimes staged, as they were here, in order to achieve an optimal result with maximum safety and reliable positioning of the nipple.
