This 42 year old woman has undergone breast augmentation elsewhere via the belly button (TUBA) approach. She is shown at right 3 years after Dr. Rapaport revised her breasts with adjustment of her folds and implant positions. Note the improved symmetry protection and preservation of her cleavage which prior to surgery was on the verge of synmastia.
