Breast Augmentation – Natrelle Silicone Gel Breast Implants

Case Details

46 year old woman, weight 130 pounds who began considering breast augmentation surgery only a few years earlier because she was unhappy that her breasts.  She breast fed five children, and wanted to restore the C-cup size she had at that time. Her pre-operative breast size was a 34A-cup. Four month post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Allergan high profile, smooth, round 350cc silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary fold incision. Post-operative bra size is a 36C/D-cup.
