Dr. Mark Epstein consulted with this 24-year-old patient about have breast implant surgery. After deciding to undergo the surgery, Dr. Epstein and patient decided to use saline implants rather than silicone. This patient’s saline implants were filled with 300cc of fluid and ere anatomically shaped (teardrop).
