Dr. Robert M. Gerson of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Woodstock, Illinois performed a breast augmentation on a patient who desired to be a D cup. Before the surgery, this patient was a B cup. She was unhappy with her breasts and desired fuller larger breasts to compliment her small frame. Dr. Robert M. Gerson used saline breast implants for this procedure, and inserted them through a transumbilical incision and under the muscle. The breast implants were filled to 450 cc, and the results of the procedure turned out great. This patient was very happy with her breasts and how they appeared on her body.
