Case Details
This patient was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts. She desired larger fuller breasts and contacted Dr. Robert M. Gerson of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Woodstock, Illinois. Dr. Gerson used saline breast implants and inserted them through a transumbilical incision. The left breast implant was filled to 350 ml and the right breast implant was filled to 365 ml. This patient was very happy with the results of her surgery. Her breast size had increased two full sizes, and she became a 36C after the surgery.
