Bilateral Submuscular Augmentation Mammaplasty using an Inframammary approach with Allergan Style 68 330cc implants inflated to 330cc. She went from a 34B to 34D.
Plastic Surgeon Dr. Todd Koch of Buffalo, NY was contacted by a female patient who was looking for options to enhance her current breast size. Dr. Koch set up an appointment with the young woman and had a consultation with her to discuss the best course of action. Dr. Koch recommended a breast augmentation to increase the woman’s breast size. Dr. Koch used 330cc silicone breast implants with a inframmary incision, placing the breast implants under the muscle. The surgery was a success and now the woman is very happy with her new breasts.
