Bilateral Subglandular Augmentation Mammaplasty with 325cc Moderate Plus Profile Silicone Gel Implants.
Inframammary approach.
She went from a 36A to 36C.
This 42-year old woman chose Dr. Todd Koch of Buffalo, NY to give her silicone breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Koch discussed her options of different breast implants to choose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a 36A to a 36B. With her height being 5’3″ and weight being 145 lbs., Dr. Koch and she decided to use a moderate plus profile, filling the breast implants with 325cc. Dr. Koch informed this woman that he would do a inframmary incision and place the breast implants below the breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
