Case Details

36 year old woman, 5’5″ tall, weight 120 pounds who began considering breast augmentation shortly after her first child was born; she then breast fed two more children. She disliked her small breasts and the “loose skin with nothing behind it.” Pre-operative breast size was a 36A-cup. Three month post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Allergan Natrelle™ style 20 high profile, smooth, round 300cc silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary fold incision.
