This 30 year old female patient wanted to increase her breast size from AA to a D cup. She contacted Plastic Surgeon Dr. David M. Whiteman, located in Duluth, GA. At the consultation Dr. Whiteman explained the different options patients have surrounding their breast implants and the breast augmentation surgery itself. Dr. Whiteman and this patient decided on silicone breast implants. Each breast implant was placed submuscularly with a inframammary incision. The surgery was a success and Dr. Whiteman did a wonderful job as seen by this patient’s breast augmentation before and after photos.
