Dr. Bruce Chau of Southfield, MI used saline breast implants for this breast augmentation. This patient wanted a fuller chest so she consulted with board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Chau to explore her options. Dr. Chau used saline breast implants in order to give this patient the best results as possible. The saline breast implants were placed under the breast muscle through an inframammary incision. The results could not have been better as the before & after photos show 6 months after this breast augmentation.
