Dr. Richard Hainer of Rochester Hills, MI used saline breast implants for this breast augmentation. This 34-year-old woman went to Dr. Hainer because she wanted to work with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss her options of gaining a bigger breast. She was a 36B and wanted to have a 36C. Dr. Hainer decided that 425cc Allergan round, saline breast implants would be a perfect fit. The breast implants were placed below the breast muscle through a periaroelar incision. This 5’5″, 140 lbs. woman now has the breasts that compliment her body type. Dr. Hainer did a phenomenal job with the breast augmentation and this patient could not be more happy.
