Dr. Albert Fleury of Chevy Chase, MD used saline breast implants for a breast enhancement. This patient wasn’t satisfied with her B cup, so she consulted with Dr. Fleury to discuss her options. This woman wanted to only go up one cup size to a C. With this in mind, Dr. Fleury decided that a breast augmentation would be the best fit for this woman’s 5’2″, 110 lbs. body type. Dr. Fleury used 330cc round, smooth, saline breast implants on this 34-year-old woman. The breast implants were placed through an inframammary incision and overfilled to 360cc. This breast enhancement could not look any better and this woman is thrilled with the results. The before & after photos above show the results 4 months post-operation.
