Dr. Chris Costanzo of Thousand Oaks, CA gave this patient round, smooth saline breast implants during this breast augmentation. This 29 year old woman was a 34A, but with Dr. Costanzo’s great skills, she now has a 34C. With this woman being 5’2″ and 100 lbs., an overfill of 275cc of saline in the Mentor implants was a great choice. During the breast augmentation, Dr. Costanzo placed the implants through a periaroelar incision and under the breast muscle. The photographs above show the outstanding results 1 month post-surgery.
