This 24 year old woman went to Dr. Chris Costanzo of Thousand Oaks, CA for beautiful saline breast implants. This patient is 5’4″, 120 lbs., and was a 34A. She really wanted to have a fuller chest so when she consulted with Dr. Costanzo, they both felt that a C cup would be perfect for her body type. Dr. Costanzo informed her that the saline implants would be overfilled to 375cc in a round, smooth Mentor implant and the implants would be placed below the breast muscle through a periaroelar incision. She came out of surgery looking phenomenal and is very happy with the results. The photographs above show the amazing breast augmentation results two months post-surgery.
