29 yo woman, 5’4″ tall, weight 120 pounds who desired a larger, fuller breast which resembled the size she had when pregnant and nursing; she has one daughter and breast fed for four months. Her pre-op breast size was an A-cup. Examination showed that her left breast was smaller. Six month post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with Natrelle™ Style 20 high profile, smooth, round silicone gel-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary incision. A 280cc silicone gel implant was used to augment the right breast, and a 325cc silicone gel implant was used to provide more volume on the left side. She is very happy with her C-cup size, and states, “Everything feels completely normal and natural.”
