This mother of four contacted Dr. Robert M. Gerson of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and Woodstock, Illinois for a breast augmentation. She was unhappy with the appearance and shape of her breasts after four pregnancies and childbirths. Dr. Robert M. Gersonb used Mentor saline breast implants for the procedure and inserted the breast implants through a transumbilical incision. The saline breast implants had a volume of 275cc but were filled to 300cc. The results of the surgery turned out great and made this mother very happy. She had fuller breasts which appeared very natural on her body and complimented her petite frame nicely.
