Case Details
This patient of Dr. James Murphy of Northern Nevada Plastic Surgery in Reno is 26 years old. She weighs 130 pounds and is five foot, seven inches tall. She has very wide cleavage and her nipples naturally point outward. By using a larger breast implant, Dr. Murphy improved her cleavage, nipple direction, and produce a nice figure eight figure. If a small implant or an implant with a narrow diameter (high profile implants) were used on this patient then she would have a large gap in her cleavage.
Prior to her breast englargement surgery, the woman was an A cup. She is a full D after surgery. The breast implants used in the surgery are Mentor smooth, round, moderate profile saline-filled breast implants. They are 525cc and are overfilled to 550cc. Dr. Murphy used a periareolar incision and submuscular placement of the implants.
