Dr. Ram Kalus of Columbia, SC used breast implants that were unequally filled. This patient wanted to enhance her appearance so she consulted with Dr. Kalus to discuss her options. Together they decided that a subpectoral (below the breast muscle) breast augmentation would be perfect. Since this 43-year-old patient already had unequal breasts, so Dr. Kalus filled the 300cc smooth, saline breast implants unequally; the left breast implant was filled to 300cc and the right breast implant was overfilled to 315cc. These breast implants are the perfect size for this 5’3”, 120 lbs. woman. The results were phenomenal and this patient could not be happier with Dr. Kalus’ work.
