Breast lift and breast augmentation with breast implants performed by Dr. David E. Berman of Sterling, VA, for this 29 year old woman with Ptotic (drooping) breasts. Prior to surgery, this woman had shed 57 pounds causing her breasts to droop. This condition is known as ptotic breasts and is common after massive weight loss. Dr. Berman was able to restore her breasts to a natural look by using a vertical mastopexy (a type of breast lift), combined with breast augmentation using saline breast implants filled to slightly different fill levels.
