Dr. David E. Berman of Sterling, VA successfully performed breast enlargement on this 30 year old woman. Her breasts were enlarged from a cup size of 34B to 36D. Dr. Berman used smooth, round, saline breast implants in this patient. He used slightly unequal fill levels to ensure symmetry between the breast. The photos above show this patient immediately prior to her surgery and then also 13 months post-op. as you can see from the photos above, her result is very natural looking.
