This 25-year old woman is overjoyed with her breast enlargement performed by Dr. David E. Berman of Sterling, VA. She now has a much more noticeable, proportionate physique. Dr. Berman used smooth, round, saline breast implants in this patient. While the breast implants were moderately sized at 330 cc’s, they gave her a very full C cup because she has a small frame with very little fat. Dr. Berman placed the breast implants below the muscle to help provide coverage and avoid rippling. The post op photos above were taken at 4 weeks. As you can see, even at 4 weeks, there is very little apparent scarring and the breasts appear proportional.
