Plastic Surgeon Dr. Todd Koch of Buffalo, NY was contacted by a female patient who was upset with her current breast size. Dr. Koch set up an appointment with the young woman and had a consultation with her to discuss the best course of action. Dr. Koch recommended a breast augmentation to increase the woman’s breast size. Dr. Koch explained how breast augmentation surgery is performed, taking either silicone or saline based breast implants and placing them above or below the breast muscle. The surgery was a success and now the woman is very happy with her new breasts.
