This patient is shown before breast augmentation, after breast augmentation with saline breast implants, and after a breast augmentation revision using silicone gel implants.
Initial Breast Augmentation – Saline Breast Implants
For the top six photos, the patient is shown before and after her initial breast augmentation. At the time, she was 35 years old with no children. She initially had breast augmentation surgery with 500 cc saline breast implants, using a periareolar incision. The 500 cc saline breast implants took the patient from a 34B to a 34D.
Breast Augmentation Revision – Silicone Gel Breast Implants
The six photos at the bottom show the patient both before and after her breast augmentation revision. At the time of the revision, she was 40 years old and had 3 children. The revision surgery was performed using 750cc modified-plus profile silicone gel breast implants. After the revision, she is a 36DD.
