Augmentation with Saline Breast Implants

Case Details

19 yo woman, 5’8″ tall, weight 135 pounds. She did not fill an A-cup, and disliked her small breasts which did not make her feel feminine. She wanted to enhance her self image. Seven year post-operative photographs show the results following a bilateral dual plane-one, sub-pectoral breast augmentation with McGhan Style 68 moderate profile, smooth, round 240cc saline-filled breast implants placed via an inframammary incision, and filled to 270cc. She now wears a full B-cup and is just as thrilled with her natural looking breasts today as she was at her one week post-op visit.
