This 43 year old woman went to Dr. Chris Costanzo of Thousand Oaks, CA to receive a breast augmentation. She was concerned about the procedure since she was 43 years old, but Dr. Costanzo assured her it is a routine surgery that many women her age undergo. Dr. Costanzo informed her that he would do an inframammary incision and place the implants below the breast muscle. She only wanted to go up one cup side, a 34B to a 34C, so she and Dr. Costanzo agreed to use 250cc Mentor silicone breast implants. The implants are round, smooth, moderate plus profile implants. This 5’4″, 125 lbs woman is very satisfied with her breast augmentation and is also very happy that she is able to breast feed her baby easily with the breast implants.
