Dr. Albert Fleury of Chevy Chase, MD overfilled saline breast implants to 360cc. This patient had an A cup and wanted to enhance her look. She consulted with Dr. Fleury to explore the options of gaining a bigger breast, a C cup. They decided that a breast augmentation would be perfect for this 25-year-old woman. Dr. Fleury informed this patient that he would use 330cc smooth, round, saline breast implants and overfill them to 360cc; he also informed her that he would use an inframammary incision to insert the breast implants. The procedure went beautifully and Dr. Fleury did an amazing job. This 5’4″, 115 lbs. woman now has the perfect breasts for her body.
