This 34-year-old woman went to Dr. Albert Fleury of Chevy Chase, MD for a breast augmentation. She consulted with Dr. Fleury to discuss her options of breast implants. Together they decided that for her 5’6″, 130 lbs. body type and her C cup desire that 330cc round, smooth, saline breast implants would be perfect. Dr. Fleury also informed this patient that he would insert the breast implants through an inframammary incision and overfill the saline breast implants to 360cc. This procedure brought this patient from a B cup to her desired C cup. The before & after photos show the amazing results 1 year post surgery.
