34A Receives 34D Saline Breast Implants

Case Details

This woman was self conscious about her 34A breast size so she consulted with Dr. Chris Costanzo of Thousand Oaks, CA to give her a 34D using breast implants.  Dr. Costanzo informed her that to achieve the size she wanted, he would giver her overfilled 475cc Mentor saline breast implants.  The implants they agreed on are smooth and round; he would place the implants below the breast muscle using a periaroelar incision.  This woman is 5’6″ and 127 lbs.  The photographs above depict the amazing job Dr. Costanzo did and this woman is more than satisfied with her new look.
