This 26-year old woman chose Dr. Chris Costanzo of Thousand Oaks, CA to give her saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Costanzo discussed her options of different implants to chose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a 34B to a 34D. With her height being 5’7″ and weight being 115 lbs., Dr. Costanzo and she decided to use smooth, Mentor saline implants filling the left breast implant with 400cc and overfilling the right breast implant with 425cc. Dr. Costanzo informed this woman that he would do a periareolar incision and place the implants below the breast muscle.The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
