Dr. Mark Epstein is a board certified plastic surgeon whose practice is located in Stony Brook, NY. This 22-year-old woman made an appointment with Dr. Epstein to discuss breast enlargements. After the initial consultation, this woman decided to have a breast augmentation, also known as breast implant surgery. It was mutually decided to use round silicone breast implants. The size of the implants were 304cc. Dr. Epstein made the surgical incision along the breast crease which is known as an inframammary incision. The implant was placed below the breast muscle.
