After multiple pregnancies, the patient was not happy with the small size of her breasts. She wanted to return her breast cup size to a pre-pregnancy D cup size, instead of a B cup. Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, did breast augmentation, implanting 440cc Sientra Gel Moderate Profile implants, with a periareolar incision and retromammary placement. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 63 inches. Weight 135 lbs.
