This 26-year-old woman went to see Dr. Mark Epstein to discuss breast implants and correcting her asymmetrical breasts. Asymmetrical breasts are when one breast is larger or a different shape than the other. After the consultation, this patient made the decision to have breast enlargements. Dr. Epstein used 304cc filled silicone implants for her left breast and used 286cc filled silicone implants for her right breast. He made the incision along the breast crease which is formally known as an inframammary incision. He then placed the implants below the muscle.
