This 46-year-old woman made an appointment with Dr. Mark Epstein to discuss breast implant surgery. After discussing her options, this patient chose to have silicone gel implants. Silcone gel implants are softer and more natural looking option to saline implants. Dr. Epstein made an inframammary incision which is an incision below the breast. He used a 304cc, round, silicone gel filled implant and placed it under the muscle. Breast implant surgery is also known as breast augmentation.
