Dr. Albert Fleury of Chevy Chase, MD used saline breast implants for a breast enhancement. This 38-year-old woman went to Dr. Fleury to explore her options of a breast enhancement. Dr. Fleury took her measurements; she was an A cup, 5’4″, and 116 lbs. With this information they decided that smooth, round, saline breast implants used in a breast augmentation would be the best fit for this patient.
