Dr. Sutton Graham of Greenville, SC used saline breast implants for this 20-year-old patient. She initially chose Dr. Graham’s practice because her friend had also had a breast augmentation with Dr. Graham and shared her happiness with her results. This woman desired a fuller chest and wanted her cleavage to be more defined. With this in mind, Dr. Graham decided to use 320cc smooth, saline breast implants. The breast implants were placed through an inframammary incision and placed below the breast muscle. This patient was very pleased with the results; she referred her other friends to Dr. Graham for their next procedures.
