Bilateral Submuscular Augmentation Mammaplasty using an Inframammary approach with Allergan Style 68 HP 350cc implants inflated to 380cc. She went from a 36A to 36C.
This Caucasian woman chose Dr. Todd Koch of Buffalo, NY to give her saline breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Koch discussed her options of different breast implants to choose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a 36A to a 36B. Dr. Koch and she decided to use round, Allergan saline breast implants filling the left breast implant with 380cc and filling the right breast implant with 380cc. Dr. Koch informed this woman that he would do a inframammary incision and place the breast implants below the breast muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
