This patient was interested in increasing her breast size, but wanted to make sure the increased size would fit with her active lifestyle. Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, did breast augmentation, implanting 435cc Sientra Gel High Profile implants, with an inframammary incision and retromammary placement. Following surgery, the patient went from a size 36A bra size to a 36C. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 68 inches. Weight 146 lbs.
