This female patient came to Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, seeking breast implants to increase the size of her breasts, but wanted to keep the breasts natural looking. Dr. Ratliff implanted 285cc Sientra Gel High profile implants, with an inframammary incision and retropectoral placement. The result was a natural looking 32B cup, increased from a 32A cup. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 64 inches. Weight 116 lbs.
