This patient came to Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, because her breast size had decreased after a pregnancy. She requested larger, more firm breasts. Dr. Ratliff performed breast augmentation for this patient, implanting 325cc Mentor Saline Moderate Profile implants, filled to 350cc, with an inframammary incision and retropectoral placement. Patient’s bra size increase from 34A to a natural 34B cup post surgery. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 64 inches. Weight 105 lbs.
