Due to age and breastfeeding, this patient’s breasts looked “deflated”. She wanted to explore a procedure that would lift the breasts and add fullness. Dr. Greg Ratliff, Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa, performed breast augmentation and breast lift procedures. Implants were Mentor Gel 350cc Moderate Plus Profile, with inframammary incision and retropectoral placement. Lift incision was periareolar. Patient’s bra size increased from cup size B to a full C cup or a small D cup. Photos were taken the day of surgery and six weeks post surgery. Statistics: height 63 inches. Weight 126 lbs
