Case Details
This 46-year-old patient went to see Dr. Mark Epstein about breast implant surgery. After the consultation, she decided to undergo the surgery. Dr. Epstein used 300cc saline implants. The implants were anatomically shaped (teardrop). He placed the implants under the muscle. Many surgeons prefer the placement of the implant under the muscle because it lowers the risk of capsular contracture, and there is a lower risk if visible rippling.
