Natural Looking Breast Enlargement Acheived By Using Cohesive Gel

After discussing what type of result this patient wanted, Dr. Adams decided to use Natrelle’s cohesive gel implants, also known as gummy bear implants.  The 310 cc implants were a perfect size to create a natural, fuller look for this patient. What distinguishes cohesive implants is that the silicone gel is firmer, essentially a soft solid. If a cohesive implant is cut in half, there is no gross movement of gel, and the implant maintains its shape. In this patient, Dr. Adams, whose practice is in the Dallas,TX area, made a new inframammary incision to minimize visible scarring.  He placed the breast implant in a partial submuscuslar position.
