This 43-year old woman chose Dr. Todd Kock of Buffalo, NY to give her silcone breast implants. At the consultation, this patient and Dr. Koch discussed her options of different breast implants to chose from. She wanted her cup size to go from a 36A to a 36B. With her height being 5’7″ and weight being 125 lbs., Dr. Koch and she decided to use a high profile, with a inframammary incision, filling them to 375cc and placing the breast implant below the muscle. The surgical date finally came and this patient could not be more excited. She came out of surgery looking better than ever and is very excited about her new look.
