This patient wanted a breast augmentation. She was curious about what surgery could do to the appearance of her breasts, and wanted a breast augmentation to compliment her body. Jay M. Pensler, M.D., Chicago, IL performed the breast augmentation for this patient. Dr. Pensler explained how breast augmentation surgery is performed, taking either silicone or saline based breast implants and placing them above or below the breast muscle. The patient was very happy with the appearance of her new natural-looking breasts and was happy Dr. Jay M. Pensler performed the surgery.
